This was our second time at this dealership in the past year. We went in this time looking for our daughter’s first car. We were welcomed warmly as we remembered from our last visit. When RJ greeted us, he listened to all of our big concerns as this is her first vehicle and we wanted used. To say that he exceeded our expectations would be an understatement. RJ is by far the nicest salesman we have ever worked with. He cared, and he proved it. He was knowledgeable, and more than fair with pricing. After finding us the exact vehicle we needed for our daughter we met with the finance manager Michael who also took care of us with honesty, kindness, and even a little humor. We left feeling completely confident in our decision and we’re able to surprise our daughter with a gift we were not sure we would be able to give her. Thank you Tom Wood Ford, we will be back.
