The Ford brand’s move into the Fairlane Town Center Mall is part of the company’s 10-year Dearborn campus transformation. This decade-long transformation will relocate 30,000 workers from 70 buildings to two main campuses.

The Ford brand’s new office space is designed to keep workers energized, stimulated, engaged, and refreshed. The office space has reflection rooms as well as wellness rooms. The space even has lactation rooms for mothers who are nursing.
The space also incorporates walk-up workstations in its layout. Employees can use a treadmill desk and walk at two miles per hour as they complete daily tasks such as responding to emails and returning calls.
