2020 Ford F-Series Super Duty Steps It Up

When it comes to heavy duty pickup trucks, it’s hard for us here at your Indianapolis Ford dealership to imagine better than the Ford F-Series Super Duty. But Ford automakers are always looking to improve, so they’ve imagined better – and they’re making it a reality with the new 2020 Ford F-Series Super Duty. The newest addition to the Ford pickup family will boast an impressive trifecta of improved capability, improved power, and improved technology.

So what does an upgraded Ford F-Series Super Duty look like? It starts with new engine offerings, a 7.3 liter V8 gas engine, and a third-generation 6.7 liter Power Stroke®V8 diesel engine. These powerful engines promise increased horsepower and, as we mentioned, improved capabilities. These capabilities include the highest ever payload and towing capacities for the truck.

And of course, no new Ford vehicle would be complete without some of the most advanced technology on the market, which the 2020 Ford F-Series Super Duty has. The class-exclusive Pro Trailer Backup Assist makes the model unique, and the Trailer Reverse Guidance has been upgraded to be compatible with gooseneck and fifth-wheel trailers. And drivers will be connected and entertained thanks to FordPass Connect, which includes a modem and available wireless charging. And available driver assist features include Pre-Collision Assist which helps avoid, or mitigate if necessary, collisions, and a Blind Spot Information System that helps keep track of what’s happening in your blind spots and even has you covered when towing.

As it turns out, we can imagine a better Ford F-Series Super Duty, and we’re excited for its arrival this fall. Fishers, Zionsville, and other Indianapolis drivers have a lot to look forward to in the 2020 Ford F-Series Super Duty.
