Get Away from It All in a 2018 Ford Escape

If you like the 2017 Ford Escape, you’re in for a treat now that the 2018 Ford Escape has arrived at our convenient location on East 96th Street. After being updated for the 2017 model-year, the Ford Escape debuts a brand-new trim for 2018, the SEL model.

A five-passenger compact crossover, the new Ford Escape is offered in several trims, including the S, SE, SEL, and Titanium. The 2018 Ford Escape is eligible for three engines. The base engine is a 2.5-liter, four-cylinder engine while the middle engine is a turbocharged 1.5-liter engine. The top-of-the-line engine is a turbocharged two-liter, four-cylinder engine that generates 245 horsepower and 275 lb-ft of torque.

As you’ll see when you visit our Ford dealership near Zionsville, IN, the trim you decide to buy or lease will determine the standard features your 2018 Ford Escape will have. The S trim comes with automatic headlights, the Ford brand’s MyKey™ parental controls, a 4.2-inch central display, a rearview camera, Bluetooth™ connectivity, and AppLink smartphone integration.

If you decide to get the SE model, your crossover will have even more desirable standard features. These added features include roof rails, foglights, rear privacy glass, heated front seats, and satellite radio. If you spend a lot of time behind the wheel, you’ll love this crossover’s power-adjustable driver’s seat that moves eight ways and has power lumbar adjustment.

As you’d expect, the higher trims have more sought-after standard features. If you buy or lease one of the top three trims, you’ll be able to add optional features to your crossover. If you get an SE trim, for example, you can add the Sync 3 tech package to your crossover, which will equip your vehicle with an eight-inch touchscreen, Apple CarPlay™, Android Auto™, dual USB ports, and more.
