2017 Ford Expedition Details

Like the 2017 Ford F-150, the 2017 Ford Focus, and many other automobiles, the new Ford Expedition comes in several trims. These trims include the XLT, Limited, King Ranch, and Platinum.

The Ford Expedition is equipped with a turbocharged 3.5-liter, six-cylinder engine that generates 365 horsepower and 420 lb-ft of torque. This engine is matched with a standard six-speed automatic transmission and rear-wheel drive. A four-wheel drive system that has low-range gearing is available as an option on the 2017 Ford Expedition.

The new Ford Expedition is available in both standard and extended length body styles. The extended length SUVs are 15 inches longer than their standard-sized counterparts. Every Ford Expedition has standard seating for eight passengers.

2017 Ford Expedition Safety and Special Features

As you'll see when you visit our Indianapolis, IN Ford dealership, you won't be disappointed with the standard features on your Ford Expedition regardless of the trim you decide to buy or lease. In addition to the equipment listed to the right, the XLT model comes with power adjustable pedals, a power driver's seat, a steering wheel that tilts and telescopes, and a sound system that has a CD player, satellite radio, a USB interface, an auxiliary audio jack, and audio controls in the back.

The base trim is eligible for two options packages, the 201A and the 202A. The first one adds a power liftgate, leather upholstery in the first and second rows, and a power folding third row. The second one adds remote ignition, a 110-volt outlet, heated and ventilated front seats, and driver memory settings.
